Nature-Based Morning program
Nature-Based Morning Program for Adolescents, Grades 7-9
We are excited to announce that we will be offering an in-person morning program for students in grades 7-9. We will be spending time at our Private property, caring for our animals and the garden, exploring the natural expanses, and we will offer academic support if desired. Attendees may also work toward a capstone project if they choose, creating or learning about something they enjoy, under the guidance of our skilled and credentialed staff.
Group size will be small, and distancing measures will be in place. Masks will be required when students cannot distance (i.e. during van transportation). Outdoor education will take place as much as possible, weather permitting, using books from the library, art supplies, pens, pencils, and paper! In addition to our 30 acre outdoor facility, our indoor space is plentiful and spread out, whether in our MMS program room, or our yurt.
Our support program will be held Tuesday - Friday from 9:05 am - 12 pm, beginning September 14th and ending November 20th. Drop off is at Montgomery Montessori School, transportation to and from the field will be provided in our school van.
Pricing is as follows per semester:
