Montgomery Montessori School is a "Private School" located in Orange County, NY. We are members of The American Montessori Association (AMS). Our program encompasses a Primary (prek-K), Elementary I Program (1st-2nd), Elementary II Program (3rd-5th), and Middle School Program (6th-8th). We offer half day (3 days, 4 days, 5 days) and full day programs in our Primary classroom. Each program has a strong academic foundation while incorporating all the state requirements for Kindergarten as well as the Elementary and Middle School Programs (grades 1 - 8). We are committed to the "whole child" approach to education as well as the enrichment of the mind, body, and spirit. To achieve this task, Montgomery Montessori School stands on the four pillars of Montessori Education:

Primary Directress (PreK-K)- 28 years experience in a Montessori Classroom. Primary and Elementary classroom experience. Center for Montessori Teacher Education (CMTE) American Montessori Society (AMS) Certification and Member; Primary 3-6yr.

Primary Directress (PreK-K)- 31 years experience in a Montessori Classroom. Center for Montessori Teacher Education (CMTE) American Montessori Society (AMS) Certification and Member; Primary 3-6yr.

Primary Directress (PreK-K)- 16 years experience in a Montessori Classroom. Primary and Elementary classroom experience. Center for Montessori Teacher Education (CMTE) Certified. American Montessori Society (AMS) Certification and Member; Primary 3-6yr.

Elementary I Directress (1st-2nd grade)- 18 years expereince in a Montessori Classroom. Center for Montessori Teacher Education (CMTE) Certified. American Montessori Society (AMS) Certification and Member. MS in Reading Instruction/Literacy K-6th.

Elementary II Directress (3rd-5th grade)- BS in Psychology. MS in Elementary Montessori Education from Portland State; Elementary 6-12yr. 7 years expereince in a Montessori Classroom.

Music Instructor- NYS Certification K-12. Masters of Music Education from NYU.

Spansih Instructor -Montessori Certified with 16 years experience. Integrating Spanish curriculum into our everyday curriculum.

Art Instructor- (Primary & Elementary)NYS Masters of Art in Art education. VC Art teacher (7years)

Art Instructor- (Elementary I & II)Award-winning artist. He studied art at the Canterbury College of Art in England.
